Q: The deductible pull (medical insurance coverage question) is not working as expected - How can I troubleshoot?
A: This feature only presents correct data when the Group & Member ID are matched with the correct user’s first and last name, and date of birth (For security purposes). If the client is testing with a test profile, please note you will not see correct information within the survey. Also, this feature is not currently intended to pre-populate physician visits OR preferred in-network providers.
