Q: Can users compare all plans that are being offered?
A: Yes! On the Benefits Bundle page after a user completes the survey they will be presented with a set of recommendations. In order to view a side by side comparison of plans available the user can click into the recommended plan, and then select “Compare Plans” at the top of their screen. Users also have the ability to save & print Nayya’s recommendation bundle; something that could be helpful for individuals who want to review and/or share with a spouse before finalizing enrollment.
Q: Can users compare scenarios with different benefit enrollments?
A: Yes! The “Scenario Cost Comparison” located at the top of the Benefits Bundle Page allows users to explore different medical scenarios and how different coverage bundles can either save or cost money throughout the year. It is important to mention that the presented costs are illustrative.
Q: The deductible pull (medical insurance coverage question) is not working as expected - How can I troubleshoot?
A: This feature only presents correct data when the Group & Member ID are matched with the correct user’s first and last name, and date of birth (For security purposes). If the client is testing with a test profile, please note you will not see correct information within the survey. Also, this feature is not currently intended to pre-populate physician visits OR preferred in-network providers.
Q: How do users modify recommendations?
A: Remember, Nayya is simply making recommendations to users. They do not have to complete their enrollment with all of Nayya’s recommendations. In order to modify a specific plan, the user has the ability to click into the recommended plan and then either modify OR waive to their preferred selection.
Q: Can a user edit their address?
A: The physical address is pre-populated from the user’s ADP Workforce Now profile. This field cannot be edited within the Decision Support survey.
Q: What if a client has feedback or enhancement requests for Nayya?
A: Before sharing product feedback or submitting enhancement requests to the Nayya team, please route either to the ADP Product team. There is a “Product Feedback” link at the bottom of each page in Workforce Now to facilitate this process.
Q: The scenario cost comparison tool isn't presenting the correct cost breakdown for my employer's plans. Why is that?
A: The costs described in the Cost Scenario Comparison are illustrative. As a result, actual costs may differ based on care and services each user receives.
